This 1,500 square foot, 1998 Sweetwater double wide has a market value of $55,000 but I am selling it for $15,000. It is not on a permanent foundation so it can be moved, but if you would like to keep it in place, it is currently within a community with paved roads, and private security. I am motivated to sell do to the fact that I am moving.
